How to reduce period pain?😳Period hacks!
Period pain is something like a nightmare for most of us girls.Cramps can get severe sometimes which can be very difficult to handle.Here are some of my hacks or tips to tackle it.Hope this will be helpful for you and for your chummings🙋
1.Drink lots and lots of hot water or lukewarm water.Avoid cold water completely.
2.You can put a heating pad or hot water bag on your abdomen area to reduce the pain to a great extent.There are electric hot water bags available online at affordable prices.
3.It is difficult to workout during the periods but you can always be prepared.Do some sort of workouts like belly workouts or any other workouts as a daily routine.Even if it is 7 or 10 minutes.Your body needs some sort of movement.A healthy body can have a smooth period .
4.You have be a sweet tooth on your periods!Have something sugary like jaggery ,icecreams ,chocolates etc can satisfy your cravings and also your chums.
5.Drink something like herbal tea.Here is a receipe for it!
Add some 1.tulsi
2.cloves
3.Ginger
4.black pepper
5.mint
6.cinnamon
to boiling water and wait for 10 minutes.Drink the hot tea before it gets cold.Also the smell of the tea is aromatic and calming.
6.Take hot showers .Add some bath salt(Normal Rock salt can also work) to your bathtub which can relax your abdomen muscles.
7.Gas troubles can also cause pain .So take your food at correct timings and have a good sleep.
8.If the pain is extreme take advises from your doctor.Proper medication have to be taken for that.
Period cramps are normal,but if you can't hold it no matter what and if it starts to affect your health you must take proper medication.
