How to stay positive during lockdown💓




Guys,the situation we are going through now was quite unfamiliar back then.But now for almost 4 months we are familiar with it.I will not say that to take it ease or anything. Ofcourse we have to be careful and alert.But it does not mean that we have to be stressed or anxious.Anxiety is one thing that we are struggling in deep down.The financial crisis is another major stepback.
Here are some of my thoughts to recover from anxiety and deal things positively and i m not advising things like productivity or anything .Just simple things you can try.

1.Start planting.Seeing anything grow will gives you joy and hope.It can be anything .If you have limited space try planting micro greens or seeds.🍀

2.NOT being productive is okay.🙌Please don't stress yourself to be productive .If you can be productive it is good.But if not,its okay.This time is all about survival.Everything will get back fine and just relax.

3.Don't watch news 24x7 .Okay, this is one thing i was doing all day😁 and it completely broke me down.Various things just flew on screen and your mind will also be fluctuating with it.Just watch news for sometime,then shut it down.

4.Take a walk around your house.Please don't be stagnant in bed .It makes you think and think.Just a walk around your premises and enjoying the sun(golden hour) will make a difference.🌞

5.Talk with your family.Sometimes they can also be suffering from stress and anxiety.Little talks can change their mood and yours too.If you are alone amid  lockdown,make videocalls or usual phone calls rather than texting.💬


6.Spoiling yourself with some good food and movies is okay .Enjoy your home.🥘

7.Always hold hope and believe THIS TOO SHALL PASS.💖
